Kristin Sousek, RD, LN received her bachelor's degree in Dietetics and completed the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of North Dakota in 2000. Before becoming a Hy-Vee registered dietitian, Kristin worked primarily in a Bariatric Clinic/Hospital specializing in Gastric Bypass and weight loss. She has obtained her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
