• Business Litigation

  The attorneys at OMQ Legal have decades of experience representing business clients in high-stakes commercial and contract litigation. Unlike many business litigation firms that are law and motion firms, settle, and never actually go to trial, we have substantial experience trying such business cases to juries and judges. • Construction Law and Litigation

  Our attorneys have attended to their construction clients’ needs including drafting contracts, litigating construction claims, prosecution of mechanics liens, identifying and negotiating scope of work disputes including change orders, calculating and litigating delay and acceleration claims, design defect claims as well as environmental issues such as mold, asbestos and mercury claims for almost a quarter-century. The construction litigation group is led by Mike Ogborn and Mike Cross. Together, they have represented general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers as well as associations and individuals in construction defect claims. Michael Mihm heads our plaintiff legal malpractice group, which includes Mike Ogborn, Susan Hardie Jacks, Elizabeth “Betsy” Hyatt, Peter McClenahan, Thomas Neville, Michael Cross, Clayton Wire, Nicole Quintana and James Fogg.
